Pre-Construction anti-termite control is preventive and aims to create a continuous chemical barrier / zone below and around the structure, so as to prevent entry of subterranean termites into treated structure. Treatment
We shall carry out the treatment as per our PRI specifications which include stages as detailed below.
I : For Building Without Basement
A - Treatment to top surface of plinth filling @ 5 lit. Per sq.m.
B - Treatment to soil at wall and floor junction @ 1 lit. Per RM.
C - Treatment to soil along external perimeter @ 2.25 lit per RM
D - Treatment at the junction where pipes, wastes, conduits enter
II : For Building With Basement
A - Treatment to soil below Raft @ 5 lit. Per sq.m.
B - Treatment to backfill soil along retaining wall @ 5 lit. Per Sq.M.
C - Treatment to soil along external perimeter @ 2.25 lit per RM
D - Treatment at the junction where pipes, wastes, conduits enter
Benefits & Advantages
Less expensive: Pre construction termites control treatment is cost effective treatment than post-construction termites treatment . The steps involved in pre-construction anti termite treatment is lesser than the steps of post-construction treatment. So obviously if there are lesser steps, the cost will be automatically lowered..
Fewer obstacles: PRI will have a better access over the main affected corners of the building, and will not have much obstacles such as walls., fixtures & furniture This results in a complete treatment with maximum coverage.

But if you go for a pre-construction treatment, it will help you eradicate the termite infestation from its root, and will prevent your building from further infestation.

The treated buildings shall be covered by a 10-Year Service Warranty from the date of commencement of treatment. We shall submit warranty certificate in printed format.
How much does termite pre treatment cost?
The overall cost will depend on the size of the property, the type of chemical used, and the labor costs of the technician. Generally, this will cost more if you request physical barriers and rodding
How do you treat the soil for termites?
Termite treatment during the pre-construction phase will use chemical flooding on the surface. Furthermore, you can opt for rodding, Also, the backfills and plinth filling have to be treated first.
How long does new construction termite treatment last?
The efficacy of the treatment will last up to 10years.
